JobRUs is a jobsearch engine designed to create a simpler experience for job seekers searching for their dream job. Using our job search engine,job seekers can expect to find a diverse selection of permanent and temporary job opportunities throughout the USA & Canada. We do not require job seekers to set up a profile in order to start searching and applying for jobs.

Using JobsRUs to apply to jobs is simple & free. Just follow these 5 easy steps to apply for jobs:

1. SEARCH

Use the search feature to tell the system what kind of jobs you are interested in applying to.
Search by keyword, company name, or job title to find WHAT you are looking for and/or search for the geographic location WHERE you want to work by typing and selecting a specific zip code or city.

2. FILTER

Filter your initial job results by company name, location, job title or mile distance from desired zip code to identify your ideal job matches.

3. REVIEW

View and review the job description thoroughly to ensure that the location, compensation, hours and requirements match your needs and background.

4. APPLY

Click APPLY NOW to start the application process. Most applications can be completed with our quick apply without you ever needing to leave JobsRUs.com. Some clients do require that you apply directly on their site in which case you will be redirected to their site to apply.
If you have applied with JobsRUs APPLY previously, we have your resume on file and you can choose to use our quick apply option for future applies.

5. ALL SET

Once you have completed the application, your resume will be sent directly to the company hiring for the role to review. They will reach out to you directly if you meet their
requirements for the role.

3. MANAGE CAMPAIGN

Receive applicants from free organic postings or set a monthly budget to sponsor jobs for increased visibility to job seekers.

4. REVIEW APPLICANTS

Receive resumes from interested applicants directly to your inbox or review applicants through the dashboard.

5. HIRE YOUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Mission accomplished! Positions coming over via XML feed will automatically be updated as closed on JobsRUs once your company closes the position on your carrer site. No need for you to do anything!
