Student Internship Program (SIP)
Jobsrus developed a Student Internship Program to offer additional opportunities for college graduates to begin their careers working in a business environment that offers both mentoring and client interaction.
The students are offered the opportunity to work with members of our Jobsrusteam in the area of interest that coincides with their education.
The program’s timeline includes training and development as well as project-related activities that can lead to further opportunities within the Jobsrusorganization.
We have designed the program to not only offer the experience they need, but to enrich their resumes as they prepare for their future in business.
One of Jobsrus’s Success Stories:
Jobsrus offered me a rare opportunity to learn, gain experience, and earn money by inviting me to intern in the accounting/finance department. Because Jobsrus is a small company, I had direct access to the CFO and CEO. This allowed me to have hands-on experience that exposed me to real-life business concerns and solutions. Jobsrus also has a great group of managers that help encourage and guide employee’s professional growth. For example, I expressed interest in working in the Operations Department and the managers made it happen. In my time in the Operations role, I have been a part of growing and expanding the department’s role within the organization. I would recommend a college student or recent grad to seriously consider an internship or full-time employment with Jobsrus.”
