Part-Time Assembler 1 ? Production | Weekend Shift Pay Rate: $15.50/hr Schedule: 4th Shift ? Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM ? 6:00 PM Lunch: 30-minute paid lunch Interviews: In-person interviews required Orientation: Must attend New Hire Orientation at 8:30 AM on start date We are currently hiring Part-Time Assemblers to support production operations at BD Pharmaceutical Company. This position is responsible for assisting with the preparation, manufacturing, and assembly of products while following safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities Perform production and assembly tasks under direct supervision. Follow GMPs, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines. Transport materials using approved safety procedures and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Wear proper PPE and report any hazards, spills, accidents, or near misses. Complete required training, including GMP, ISO14001, OSHA, and operator training. Support quality, safety, and environmental standards. Assist with other projects or assignments as requested by management. Look for ways to improve processes, products, and services. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 4 months of manufacturing experience preferred. Able to read, write, and understand basic English preferred. Experience using manufacturing equipment, tools, hand jack, or pallet jack preferred. Strong attention to detail and safety. Problem-solving skills highly preferred.
