We are currently hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for a 3rd shift position in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with great benefits and weekly pay. Shift & Pay Pay: $21.50/hour Schedule: 3rd Shift Monday thorugh Thursday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM Overtime: Must be available for OT, including Saturdays as needed Job Summary The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and accurate loading, unloading, and movement of products within the distribution center. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders (scanning, picking, labeling pallets) Operate RF scanners and work within WMS systems Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments Locate, retrieve, and replenish inventory Report inventory discrepancies Follow all safety, documentation, and operational procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements MUST HAVE High Reach Truck experience At least 1 year of material handling equipment experience (Reach Truck required; counterbalance and dock stocker preferred) Ability to operate MHE and obtain forklift certification Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good communication and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret distribution documents High School Diploma/GED preferred (must note if not on resume) Steel toe shoes and safety vest required Work Environment & Physical Demands Warehouse environment (temperature controlled) Moderate to loud noise levels Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and equipment operation Exposure to moving machinery Benefits & Perks 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 90 days Weekly Pay (every Friday) Supplemental Insurance Options Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Additional Requirements Background check and drug screen required before submission Must complete prescreen document prior to consideration Must follow attendance and safety policies If you meet the qualifications and are ready to grow with a great team, apply today!## BD04123JD | |
