Weekly Pay! $10.56/Hour Shift Details : 2nd Shift Start Time : 02:00PM End Time : 10:30PM Working days : Monday - Friday JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION OBJECTIVE: Under the instructions of the Shift Supervisor carries out tasks where required, weighing, positioning, counting, packing, storing, receiving, dispatching, segregating, or mixing materials that They will be used to manufacture parts in different manufacturing areas. Ensures that materials, parts or products received from other manufacturing areas or External suppliers are correct and in appropriate condition. Document any discrepancies between the physical material received and the quantities indicated. Monitor at all times the inventory of components and materials of the stations and ensures that an adequate inventory level is maintained that does not cause interruptions to the flow of production. Responsible for notifying the person in charge of any irregularity in documentation, Unacceptable packaging or condition. Delivery Ensures that before starting the work shift all areas have the materials necessary to start your task immediately. Responsible for following the specific route of replenishment of materials to the work cells or dispatching the materials that are requisitioned according to standard operations. Upload or Unload trucks, containers or pallets of materials or parts. Ensures that every movement of material, part or product is documented and approved according to established procedures. Responsible for accommodating and keeping organized materials, parts or products in the areas designated, as well as ensuring that they are not damaged or deteriorated at the place of storage, or during carrying. Keep empty material containers, trays or pallets in the Designated place outside the work areas. Register and verify inventory control in system to store the material, part or product in the corresponding location and avoid duplicating the materials served. Organize the finished product on the production pallets and take them to the shipping area with the required documentation. Responsible for keeping work and common use areas clean and tidy following the5S procedure. Cost Responsible for maintaining in good condition and making appropriate use of tools or work equipment such as forklifts, manual jacks, carts, and others. Counting, weighing, segregating or packing materials, parts or product entering or leaving your area assigned, ensuring that it documents the results in the corresponding forms. Notify the designated person(s) or position of office of any irregularity in Documentation, packaging or condition of the material not acceptable. General Responsible for disposing of any material to be disposed of in the containers of garbage or recycling place assigned for these purposes in the different areas. Assists the Supervisor or designated person in ensuring that production is not carried out without the approval, as applicable, of: First piece Training and experience of personnel in the product to be manufactured Track priorities: "Shortfall", "Backorder", AA Catalogs, etc. The necessary documentation. Responsible for correctly managing the flow of Kankan cards to the assigned area. Ensures compliance with and compliance with the Policies, Procedures and Rules of Occupational Safety, Quality and Environmental.
