Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced CNC Machinist to independently run a Milltronics Partner RH25 CNC milling machine. This role supports both job shop and production work and is best suited for a machinist who is comfortable owning jobs from setup through completion. Key Responsibilities Independently set up, operate, and run CNC milling machines Run a mix of job shop and production work with varying tolerances Read, interpret, and work directly from detailed blueprints Hold tight tolerances and ensure repeatable quality Perform in-process inspections and make tool/offset adjustments Use precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Work confidently with SAE and metric measurement systems Maintain machine performance, tooling, and shop cleanliness Required Experience & Skills Several years of hands-on experience operating CNC milling machines Proven ability to run jobs with minimal supervision Strong blueprint reading and GD&T fundamentals Solid understanding of machining processes and tooling Comfortable troubleshooting minor machining issues Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Preferred Qualifications Experience with Milltronics CNC controls CNC setup and tooling selection experience Job shop background Work Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM Job Type: Full-time | |
