Shift supervisor will be responsible for assisting with overall shift management of associates. Manage new team members training while overseeing production and associates are following required GMP/PPE guidelines. Partner closely with onsite team to distinguish issues impacting safety and quality. Some job responsibilities are but not limited to: -Serve as a coach to contractors, assisting training associates on all aspects of production. -Set a standard of excellence in job performance and attendance -Adhere to our policy and procedures setting a good example. -Must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities, be self-motivating, and perform under pressure to reach production goals. -Ability to learn, run, and train on all machines.
