Forklift Operator (Reach Truck) 2nd Shift | $20.75/hr | Weekly Pay Location: Plainfield, IN Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday through Friday 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM) Must be available for overtime, including Saturdays. Operate Reach Truck or Counterbalance forklift (Crown equipment) Pick, scan, and move inventory using RF scanners Load / unload inbound and outbound shipments Verify orders and label pallets for shipping Replenish inventory and maintain accurate stock levels Identify and report inventory discrepancies Follow safety and quality procedures at all times What We are Looking For At least 1 year of forklift experience (REQUIRED) (Reach truck experience strongly preferred) Experience with RF scanners / warehouse systems Ability to work overtime (including Saturdays when needed) Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and safety Bonus If You Have Previous experience in a distribution center Experience working with WMS systems Forklift certification (or willingness to get certified) Requirements Before Starting Background check & drug screen (10-panel) Steel-toe / safety shoes required Must pass onboarding process Work Environment Temperature-controlled warehouse (year-round comfort) Moderate to loud environment Active role (walking, lifting, operating equipment) Apply now and start quickly!
