Weekly Pay! $40.00/Hour JOB DESCRIPTION: Acquire new customers and enroll them in Con Edison's SmartCharge New York program. Achieve and maintain team and individual performance metrics while enabling an excellent customer experience. Demonstrate consistent and dependable performance in meeting program results. Ability to maintain a professional and accountable approach to work and ensuring reliability in all interactions with customers and team members. Apply a high level of program knowledge and utilize collateral tools to explain program benefits and enrollment process. Provide comprehensive feedback on the depth and quality of customer engagement and effectiveness of marketing collateral within the scope of the business objective. Ensure consistent upkeep of designated SmartCharge merchandise displays and guarantee a seamless and appealing customer experience. Abide by site rules and regulations and establish strong, trusted relationships with site hosts. Abide by all Con Edison safety rules and regulations. Responsibilities or Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating face-to-face conversations with prospective customers in various settings and enrolling them in our program. The sales advisor will utilize their understanding of the company's program to enthusiastically convey the program and encourage customer enrollment. The Sales Advisor for Con Edison's SmartCharge New York team will be responsible for generating consistent face-to-face conversations with prospective customers to promote and sell the Con Edison SmartCharge New York program in various settings like car dealerships, EV charging hubs, community events, supermarkets, etc. The Sales Advisor is accountable for acquiring new customers and enrolling them in the program. The Sales Advisor will be responsible to achieve and track goals set by the Team Lead and or Program Manager. They will also work closely with other members of the Sales Team to learn best practices, maximize customer satisfaction, understand market trends, and support sales and marketing initiatives. Required Skills: 1-3 years sales or prior customer-facing experience preferred, or other applicable work experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively Technology adept Ability to work all days of the week Commutable distance from 5 Boroughs and Westchester Drivers License (Vehicle Not Required, will not be driving a company vehicle either) Preferred Skills or Flex Skills: Access to dedicated vehicle Phone Sales Experience Education or Certification Requirement: High School Diploma | |
