What you will get: Weekly pay every Friday Temp-to-perm career opportunity Health, Dental & Vision insurance (after 90 days) 401(k) retirement plan Supplemental health insurance options Overtime opportunities available What You will Do As a Forklift Operator, you???ll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly by: Operating high reach trucks, forklifts, and other MHE equipment Loading and unloading inbound/outbound shipments Picking, scanning, and labeling products using RF scanners Accurately processing orders and maintaining inventory integrity Identifying and reporting discrepancies Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe What You Bring We are looking for reliable, safety-focused operators who are ready to get to work: 1+ year of experience operating Material Handling Equipment (REQUIRED) Strong high reach forklift experience (Preferred) Ability to operate equipment like reach trucks, counterbalance, or dock stockers Ability to read and interpret warehouse documents Strong attention to detail and safety standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (note if not completed) Requirements Steel-toe shoes required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays Must pass background check and 10-panel drug screening prior to start Ability to obtain forklift certification if not already certified Mustbe able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays.
