We are seeking an experienced Operations / Plant Supervisor (Senior Supervisor) to oversee daily plant and warehouse operations for a food manufacturing facility in Santa Fe Springs. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, inventory accuracy, purchasing coordination, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in food manufacturing and warehouse operations who can effectively manage teams while supporting operational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily plant and warehouse operations - Lead, train, and support production and warehouse employees - Oversee inventory control and maintain accurate inventory records - Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure adequate inventory levels - Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards - Monitor productivity and implement process improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and operational objectives - Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish required - Experience in food manufacturing, warehouse operations, inventory control, and purchasing - Previous supervisory or team leadership experience - Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 Salary: $71,000 annually If you are an experienced operations professional with strong leadership skills and a background in food manufacturing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. | |
