JobsRUs.com is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Onsite to support one of our valued client locations in Shorewood, IL. This position serves as the primary point of contact between our employees and the client, helping ensure smooth daily operations, excellent communication, and exceptional service. Location: Shorewood, IL Schedule: Monday?Friday, 7:00 AM?11:00 AM (20 hours per week) Additional hours may be available based on business needs. Responsibilities Welcome and check in associates at the beginning of each shift. Maintain regular communication with the client's management team regarding staffing needs, attendance, and daily operations. Monitor employee attendance and punctuality. Assist with call-offs, schedule changes, and shift coverage. Answer employee questions and help resolve routine workplace concerns. Conduct new hire check-ins and provide onsite support during orientation as needed. Ensure all required documentation and records are accurate and up to date. Promote a safe, professional, and positive work environment. Escalate employee relations or performance issues to the appropriate JobsRUs.com and client management teams. Perform other administrative and staffing-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service, or an administrative role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and email. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, professional, and self-motivated. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
