We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Order Entry Clerk to support our Production and Shipping departments. This role is responsible for entering production orders into the ERP system, generating Pack IDs and shipping labels, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and organized. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has strong data entry and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Enter completed production orders into the ERP system Perform accurate, high-volume data entry Review production paperwork for accuracy and completeness Generate Pack IDs and shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.) Organize shipping and production documentation Verify order details, quantities, part numbers, and shipping information Communicate with Production, Shipping, Planning, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies Maintain organized records and meet daily production deadlines Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous data entry or order entry experience preferred Manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience is a plus ERP experience preferred (Epicor is a plus) Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong computer and typing skills Skills: Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Accurate data entry skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude Physical Requirements: Sit or stand for extended periods Frequent computer use Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
