Forklift Operator (Sit-Down, Stand-Up & Clamp) Location:** Carson, CA Pay:** $19.50?$22.00 per hour (Depending on Experience & Equipment) Schedule: * 1st Shift: Monday?Friday | 7:00 AM ? 3:45 PM * 2nd Shift: Monday?Friday | 4:30 PM ? 1:30 AM *Overtime may be required.* Job Summary We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse opportunities in Carson, CA. We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals with experience operating Sit-Down, Stand-Up, Clamp, or Slip Sheet forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities * Safely operate Sit-Down, Stand-Up, Clamp, or Slip Sheet forklifts. * Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse. * Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and complete transactions. * Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. * Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. * Work overtime as needed. Qualifications * Previous forklift experience required (Sit-Down, Stand-Up, Clamp, or Slip Sheet). * RF scanner experience preferred. * Valid third-party forklift certification is required. * Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and E-Verify. * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift. * Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
