Pay Rate $30.00 per hour Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Benefits Weekly Pay every Friday Supplemental Health Insurance available on Day 1 Health Insurance after 90 days Dental Insurance after 90 days Vision Insurance after 90 days 401(k) Plan Potential contract extension based on business needs and performance Job Summary The Material Handler III is responsible for the safe and accurate movement, storage, loading, unloading, and shipment of materials within a distribution center environment. This role requires experience operating material handling equipment (MHE), utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems, and maintaining inventory accuracy while following all safety and quality procedures. Responsibilities Order Picking & Packing Pick, pack, label, and process customer orders Use RF scanners and warehouse technology to fulfill orders accurately Verify shipment accuracy and package products for delivery Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and standard operating procedures Material Movement & Inventory Control Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments Store, retrieve, and replenish inventory locations Utilize warehouse management and ERP systems Prepare materials and documentation for domestic and international shipments Ensure inventory accuracy and proper product handling Palletizing & Shipping Build and break down pallets Scan and prepare pallets for shipment Operate shrink-wrapping equipment Transport materials using approved MHE equipment Safety & Quality Follow all safety regulations and warehouse procedures Report equipment issues, hazards, and incidents immediately Maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in required training and certification programs Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 5 years of warehouse/material handling experience Current Forklift Certification required Experience operating MHE, including: Reach Truck Order Picker Dock Stocker Counterbalance Forklift Clamp or Slip Attachments Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting Frequent use of hands and repetitive motions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment in a warehouse environment Apply Today!
