The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general facility maintenance, routine equipment upkeep, conveyor maintenance, and supporting facility operations. This role works closely with the Maintenance Manager and maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and facility safety. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform general facility maintenance and repairs. Assist with housekeeping, office services, and office moves as directed. Support maintenance team members with daily maintenance activities. Perform routine maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance programs. Troubleshoot and report defective equipment, materials, and unsafe conditions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Perform maintenance on machinery, conveyor systems, building equipment, and grounds. Follow all company safety procedures and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Complete required training and maintain training compliance. Be available for overtime, weekend work, or call-in responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of conveyor maintenance experience Experience working with: Automatic Conveyors Conveyor Belts Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Additional Requirements: Drug screening required (9-panel) Safety shoes required Must be able to work overtime as needed Must be available for occasional off-shift and weekend assignments Interview Process In-person interview required Apply Today!
