Operator 1 Medical Device Production Jobsrus.com -Irvine, CA Pay: $22/hr Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (10 hour shifts) Experience: 0 to 1 year preferred Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days Supplemental health insurance available Day 1 Weekly pay every Friday About the Role Jobsrus.com is seeking two Operator I team members. This role supports daily medical device assembly and production in a clean, safety???focused environment. Operators work on assembly lines, build and test small components, follow GMP procedures, perform quality checks, and keep the cleanroom organized. The job involves hands???on work with tools, rotating tasks throughout the shift, and collaborating with a production team to meet daily manufacturing goals. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety policies, procedures, and GMP requirements Work on multiple assembly lines (cartridge filling, applicator assembly, packaging) Build products using hand tools and small power tools Test and calibrate parts to meet product specifications Assist with basic equipment maintenance Support R&D builds when needed Maintain organization and cleanliness of production and cleanroom areas Perform inspections and quality checks Complete production area cleaning per schedule Rotate into different tasks as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred 6 months to 3 years experience in a related field (all levels considered) Ability to read, write, and interpret English instructions Basic math skills Ability to use measurement tools (e.g., microscopes) Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work flexible or extended hours Work Environment & Physical Demands Moderate to high concentration needed due to volume and complexity of work Cleanroom and production floor environment Apply today and a recruiter will reach out to you to schedule an interview.
