Warehouse Associate Location: Sparks, MD Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Benefits: 401k Health, Dental, Vision insurance after 90 days Weekly Pay every Friday Supplemental Health Insurance day 1 Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Sparks, Maryland. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by moving, storing, tracking, and distributing materials and finished goods using various warehouse equipment and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will have warehouse or material handling experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, hand carts, pallet jacks, cranes, and power trucks. Receive, move, store, and distribute materials, inventory, and finished products throughout the facility. Accurately maintain inventory and shipping records. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and quality guidelines. Support material handling, logistics, and warehouse production activities. Perform routine warehouse tasks with minimal supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Meet productivity and performance metrics. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, material handling, or related experience. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer skills. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment. Ability to obtain and maintain any required certifications or equipment training. Preferred Previous experience operating warehouse equipment. Experience working in distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments. Physical Requirements This position requires frequent: Standing and walking for extended periods Bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, and pulling Repetitive hand and wrist movements Lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more Working around moving mechanical equipment Work conditions may include: Hot temperatures during summer months (limited air conditioning) Cold temperatures during winter months (limited heating) Moderate to loud warehouse noise levels Occasional exposure to vibration, elevated work areas, and airborne particles Additional Requirements Safety shoes required 10-panel drug screening required In-person interview required Candidates must attend a mandatory one-week onboarding program: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Why Join Us?
