Earn an additional $3.00/hour with our temporary peak incentive! JobsRUs.com is seeking dependable Material Handler II associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Shorewood, IL. In this role, you'll help process customer orders, prepare shipments, and keep warehouse operations running efficiently. Pay & Peak Incentive Base Pay: $19.50/hour Temporary Peak Incentive: +$3.00/hour Total Pay During Incentive Period: $22.50/hour Effective August 17 through September 30, a temporary peak incentive of $3.00 per hour will be paid for all positions. After the incentive period ends, the base pay rate of $19.50/hour will apply. Location: Shorewood, IL Schedule: Sunday?Friday | 6:30 AM?4:00 PM Responsibilities Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare shipments and print shipping labels. Operate warehouse equipment, including computers, printers, and scales. Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement. Sort, stage, and organize materials for shipment. Identify and report damaged or missing materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all warehouse safety procedures. Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Qualifications 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience using RF scanners is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
