Pay & Peak Incentive Base Pay: $18.00/hour Temporary Peak Incentive: +$3.00/hour Total Pay During Incentive Period: $21.00/hour Effective August 17 through September 30, a temporary peak incentive of $3.00 per hour will be paid for all positions. After the incentive period ends, the base pay rate of $18.00/hour will apply. Location: Shorewood, IL Schedule: Sunday?Friday | 6:30 AM?4:00 PM Responsibilities Receive, sort, and store incoming materials. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Label, wrap, and stage pallets for shipping. Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory. Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all warehouse and workplace safety procedures. Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience using RF scanners is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
