Weekly Pay! $19.50/Hour Shift Details : 1st Shift Start Time : 06:30AM End Time : 05:00PM Working days : Monday - Thursday JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Summary: Responsible for a variety of shipping, receiving or material handling functions in order to meet customer delivery schedules safely, accurately, and efficiently. Responsibilities: Ability to work independently with limited assistance in either materials or shipping or receiving. Understanding of MSS system Able to issue parts in system, MSS & Solumina Understanding and usage of material functions in Solumina Able to understand Lean Kit board, Kanban board, etc. Understand shipping process and able to process basic shipments with limited assistance Understand how to key in shipments Schedule and arrange outbound shipments with carriers Able to receive parts in MSS May perform other related responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required May be required to lift up to 35 lbs Basic inventory knowledge Basic shipping or receiving knowledge Basic knowledge of problem solving tools Ability to read and understand work instructions, accurately complete required paperwork DOT certification Demonstrate process knowledge on newly learned techniques Ability to work in team settings Demonstrate product and process knowledge by applying it to newly learned techniques. Able to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment. Possess effective interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. | |
