Must work Saturday and Sunday nights, 12 hours shifts (10pm - 10am). Will work 2 additional 8 hour shifts (10pm - 6:30am) on Mon/Tues nights.

Join our Thin Film team in Santa Rosa, California, where you'll help manufacture high-quality thin film circuits that support both internal and external customers. As a Thin Film Operator, you'll play an important role in the fabrication, testing, or separation of circuits, helping ensure every product meets our high standards for quality and performance.

In this role, you'll collaborate with engineers, trainers, coordinators, and fellow operators while also working independently to achieve production goals. Your training will be tailored to your current experience and learning pace, giving you the opportunity to build new skills and grow within the team.

You'll work with delicate substrates and circuits using specialized manufacturing equipment such as masking, etching, bonding, probe stations, microscopes, and vision systems. Success in this role requires attention to detail, steady hand movements, and a commitment to following established quality processes.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

Ability to work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controlled environment.
Willingness to communicate concerns through established processes and the appropriate chain of command.
Experience handling delicate materials, components, or substrates with care.
Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for working with small, precision parts.
Basic computer proficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
