Title: Production Assembler 2 Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: M-F | 5:00am ? 1:30pm Salary: $20-22.60/hr Job Designation: The Production Assembler 2 performs a variety of routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations under moderate guidance and in accordance with company policies and safety procedures. Responsibilities: ? Performs a variety of routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures. ? Conducts inspections of own work and/or the work of other associates to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and/or customer drawings and specifications. ? Applies process specifications governing the production of products within an assigned cell and records production time and quantity data. ? Maintains the work area in accordance with company guidelines and participates in events as required. ? Performs basic welding, brazing, or soldering tasks and may operate light machinery such as sandblasting, electro-etching equipment, and presses. ? Actively follows and demonstrates all safety policies and procedures. ? Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. ? Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. May be required to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as needed. Qualifications: ? Skilled in routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations. ? Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and machinery. ? Ability to read and interpret company documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures. ? Strong manual dexterity with the ability to work with small parts. ? Ability to recognize and resolve routine problems within the work area by selecting solutions from established options. ? Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Years of Experience (Required): 2+ years Must Haves: Electro Mechanical Assembly experience Education & Experience- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, combined with work experience that supports successful job performance. Certifications- Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field preferred. | |
