Join our team as a Quality Control Inspector for an impactful, 3-month contract opportunity. In this role, you will perform critical inspections on electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, ensuring our parts meet industry-leading standards. Working a stable 4-day schedule, you will enter quality data, collaborate across teams, and help drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 / hour?? Duration: 3-Month Contract?? Schedule: Mon ? Thurs, 6:30 AM ? 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend! Note: Shifts adjust to 8-hour days during holiday weeks).??? Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 26 lbs, stand, bend, and handle small components with precision. What You Will Do: Inspect & Verify: Execute detailed inspections on parts, circuit boards, hardware, and finished products using precision measuring devices. Blueprint Reading: Interpret drawings and documentation to determine correct department inspection levels. Data & Reporting: Document inspection findings in company databases and draft clear quality reports. Process Improvement: Troubleshoot non-conformance issues, assist with internal audits, and help draft updated quality procedures. What We Are Looking For Required (Essential): High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proven history of exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent color vision (required to accurately read component color codes).Preferred (Desirable):3+ years of experience in a similar quality inspection role. Understanding of IPC-A-610 requirements and experience in an ISO9001 environment. Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Strong multitasking skills and excellent communication. | |
