Cortech DBA JobsRUs is currently hiring for a Temporary Leasing Specialist in Rochester, NY. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage housing program compliance, lease renewals, and occupancy goals. Monday?Friday, 8:30 AM ? 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Benefits: Weekly pay (Direct Deposit, Paper Check, or Pay Card), ACA-compliant health/dental/vision options, 401k, and access to an online employee portal. Key Responsibilities: - Administer housing program compliance for lease renewals, certifications, interims, and move-in/out processing. - Collect rents and manage delinquent accounts; prepare and submit weekly vacancy reports. - Provide support to the Community Manager and coordinate marketing efforts for vacant units, including social media. - Promote positive relationships with residents, prospects, and the public. Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of prior apartment leasing experience. - Experience with Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs. - Proficiency in MS Office and accurate data entry; experience with Yardi Voyager or similar housing software is preferred. - Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. - High School diploma or GED equivalent (some college preferred). - Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
