Schedule: Monday?Friday, 9:00 p.m.?5:30 a.m. Base Pay: $10.50 per hour Shift Differential: Additional $0.50 per hour Total Hourly Pay: $11.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Position Summary We are seeking a Compression Molding Assembler to operate and support compression molding processes in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for molding, trimming, inspecting, packaging, and documenting products while meeting established safety, quality, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Operate compression molding equipment according to approved manufacturing procedures. Load raw materials into molds and perform molding operations using established process parameters. Visually inspect molded components to verify that they meet quality specifications. Remove excess material and perform trimming or finishing operations as required. Identify and separate products that do not meet quality standards. Complete production records, logs, and other required documentation accurately and on time. Perform line-clearance activities before, during, and after production runs. Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles. Assist with equipment setup, production changeovers, and routine preventive activities. Report equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and quality concerns to the supervisor. Participate in continuous-improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Meet established production goals, efficiency targets, and quality metrics. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, molding, or production experience is preferred. Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to complete production documentation accurately. Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
