Shift: M-F 3:00 PM- 11:30 PM (30min lunch) Job Description: Material Handler I In this role, the Material Handler I will be responsible for receiving, shipping, sorting, and storing materials. This role includes working with other warehouse team members. Essential Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ? Moves materials off trucks, pallets or racks and prepare orders for shipment ? Sort and segregate materials onto correct pallet or other locations based on item number ? Place labels on boxes or pallets as instructed in the process ? Wrap pallets with stretch wrap and other packaging supplies ? Put away product in designated warehouse locations ? Identify damage, loss, or surplus of materials and communicate issues ? Utilizes RF (Radio Frequency) equipment to track product ? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs ? Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift, push and pull and withstand temperatures in a warehouse environment ? Ability to understand and follow instructions ? Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers ? Keep clean and safe work environment ? Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations, including safety ? Performs other duties as assigned | |
