We are hiring experienced MIG Welders/Fabricators for a leading utility truck and van manufacturer in Brea. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders looking for steady 1st-shift work with long-term potential. Pay: $21.00/hour Schedule: Monday?Friday, 5:00 AM?1:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding (GMAW) and fabrication of utility boxes and structural components Complete spot welding, grinding, sanding, and finishing Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings Use tape measures and other measuring tools to ensure accurate fabrication Operate welding equipment, angle grinders, and plasma cutters Meet production and quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications: Previous MIG welding and fabrication experience required Welding certification or formal training preferred Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings Experience with welding equipment such as Miller, Lincoln, or Hobart Comfortable using grinders and plasma cutters Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Reliable transportation and strong attendance Why Apply?: Full-time 1st-shift schedule Temp-to-hire opportunity Competitive $21/hour starting pay Long-term career potential Opportunity to grow with an established manufacturer Support throughout the hiring process Submit your resume for consideration.
