Job Overview Position: Technician I, Filling Athens Type: Full-Time Schedule: Night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule (5:45 PM to 6:15 AM) Duties: Operate Equipment: Run automated filling machines and support production tasks. Maintain Safety: Keep a clean, safe work area and follow health and safety rules. Record Data: Complete required paperwork and basic inventory tracking accurately. Monitor Performance: Watch daily goals and talk with team members and supervisors about progress. Requirements & Skills Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) with 1 year of experience, OR a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Technical Skills: Basic math and mechanical skills, plus the ability to work with automated machines. Soft Skills: Good communication and teamwork abilities. | |
