Schedule: Monday?Friday, 7:00 AM?4:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator with at least 1 year of recent, consistent forklift experience. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience operating both sit-down and stand-up/order picker forklifts and be comfortable working at heights of up to 10 feet. This position involves receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and general warehouse operations. Candidates must be able to work independently or with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and safety. Required Qualifications 1+ year of recent sit-down forklift experience ? REQUIRED 1+ year of recent stand-up forklift/order picker experience ? REQUIRED Consistent work history with minimal employment gaps Basic computer skills, including email, internet, and Excel Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift Ability to stand, bend, twist, and pull for an 8-hour shift Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Important: Candidates must have the required PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience. This experience will be verified during the onsite process. Key Responsibilities Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment. Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials. Load/unload and properly organize inventory. Inspect products for damage or defects and document discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory and restock materials as needed. Prepare and verify outgoing shipments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols. | |
