Weekly Pay! $17.07/Hour Shift:Monday - Friday 4 PM to 11:30 PM Seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to support daily meat production operations in a cold storage environment. This role is responsible for accurately preparing, weighing, packaging, and storing meat products to meet customer specifications while maintaining quality and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Pack, weigh, label, and prepare meat products for customer orders. Store and organize products accurately within designated production and storage areas. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the production area. Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Work efficiently in a cold storage environment. Assist team members with production tasks as needed to ensure daily production goals are met. Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues to leadership immediately. Support a positive team environment and contribute to operational success. Qualifications Previous production, warehouse, or food processing experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a refrigerated/cold storage environment for the duration of the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting. Willingness to learn and follow established procedures. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with team assistance when required. Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying tasks. Required PPE Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required on Day 1.
