Production Assembler 2 ? Job Summary
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday?Thursday, 5:00 AM?3:30 PM
Pay: $22.68/hour
Experience: 2+ years relevant experience

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Assembler 2 with a strong background in mechanical assembly, wire harness assembly, soldering, and conformal coating. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading and interpreting prints/drawings and working with small components in an electronics manufacturing environment.

This position performs routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations with moderate guidance while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

3 Must-Haves
Mechanical assembly experience
Wire harness assembly/build experience
Ability to read and understand prints/drawings

Required: 2+ years of relevant experience, including experience with soldering, conformal coating, and wire harness builds.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience working in a team/production environment
Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed
PCBA/electronics manufacturing experience
Experience with brazing or light welding
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly according to company procedures and instructions.
Build and assemble wire harnesses and electronic/mechanical components.
Perform soldering, brazing, and simple welding tasks as required.
Apply conformal coating and other manufacturing processes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, prints, work instructions, and specifications.
Inspect personal work and/or other associates' work for accuracy and quality.
Operate hand tools, light machinery, and production equipment.
Record production time and quantity data.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve routine assembly problems.
Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
Education & Experience
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
2+ years of relevant manufacturing/assembly experience.
Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
