Position Summary The Production Assembler 1 performs routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations under well-defined instructions and established procedures. The role requires following company policies, safety requirements, work instructions, and quality standards while assembling components used in an FAA-regulated production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly tasks. Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, diagrams, and established procedures. Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Inspect assembled components for proper fit, workmanship, and quality. Follow FAA, company, and workplace safety requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Accurately complete required production and quality documentation. Meet established production, quality, and safety standards. Perform other related assembly duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma/GED or vocational training preferred. Previous manufacturing, mechanical assembly, electromechanical assembly, or aerospace experience is a plus. Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, or diagrams. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures. Ability to successfully complete the required hands-on assessment.
