Pay Rate - $20/hr 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 1pm-9:30pm Job Description We are looking for a motivated and dependable sanitation & production worker to join our team. This versatile role supports both sanitation tasks and production, ensuring smooth production flow and a clean, safe work environment. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: ? Operate and support activities on the packaging line, including product handling, labeling, weighing, sealing, and palletizing. ? Assist with product changeovers, staging materials, and line clean-up to minimize downtime. ? Perform routine sanitation tasks, including cleaning equipment, tools, and work areas to meet food safety and quality standards. ? Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and sanitation schedules. ? Monitor product quality on the line and promptly report any issues to the supervisor. ? Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to training. ? Maintain accurate documentation of production and sanitation activities. ? Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and contribute to a safe, efficient workplace. ? Operate powered industrial vehicles to move materials as needed Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? Forklift experience required ? Prior experience in food manufacturing, production, or sanitation is a plus but not required - training provided. ? Ability to lift up to 25kg, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperature environments. ? Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness. ? Flexibility to move between production and sanitation tasks as needed. ? Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts if required. | |
