Packaging Technician ? 1st Shift Schedule: Monday?Friday, 6:30 AM?3:00 PM | 40 hours/week Job Summary: Responsible for labeling, inspecting, and packaging finished vaccine products while operating packaging equipment and maintaining production and quality standards in a cGMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities: Operate labelers, pick-and-place equipment, heat tunnels, vision systems, and forklifts. Inspect and package finished products according to quality standards. Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting. Complete QA line clearances and cGMP documentation. Follow GMP, SOPs, manufacturing records, and safety requirements. Complete batch tickets and document materials used. Communicate production issues and escalate equipment/process concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Cross-train and support other departmental functions as needed. Requirements: High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred. 2?3 years of manufacturing experience; 5+ years preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality awareness. Equipment/process troubleshooting skills. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Forklift certification preferred. | |
