Pay Rate - $17.50/hr 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm Job Description We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations in a climate-controlled environment. The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for selecting and counting cases, stacking boxes, operating a pallet jack, and using an RF scanner to accurately track inventory and warehouse activity. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, can perform basic computer functions, and is able to safely lift and move materials weighing over 50 pounds. Key Responsibilities * Select and pick cases according to established warehouse procedures. * Accurately count cases selected and verify quantities. * Stack and organize boxes and finished goods safely and efficiently. * Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse. * Use an RF scanner to scan, track, and record inventory and warehouse transactions. * Maintain accurate records and documentation as required. * Use basic computer systems to enter, retrieve, and update information. * Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and safety requirements. * Meet productivity and accuracy expectations in a **metrics-driven environment**. * Safely move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products throughout the warehouse. * Communicate effectively with coworkers, Team Leads, and Supervisors. * Perform routine warehouse tasks with general to limited supervision. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Follow all applicable company safety and quality procedures. Equipment The Warehouse Operator may use a variety of material-handling equipment, including: * Pallet jacks/power trucks * RF scanners * Conveyors * Handcarts * Forklifts * Cranes and other warehouse equipment, as applicable Training and/or appropriate licenses or certifications may be required for certain equipment. Qualifications Required * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 0?1 year of warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience and/or training. * Basic computer skills and ability to work with computerized warehouse systems. * Ability to learn and properly use an RF scanner. * Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents and instructions in English. * Ability to perform basic math calculations, including counting and verifying quantities. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and established work instructions. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Physical Requirements * Ability to regularly walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, reach, twist, push, pull, and grasp. * Frequent use of hands for picking, handling, scanning, and repetitive movements. * Ability to lift and/or move over 50 pounds. * Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and warehouse machinery. * Ability to work in areas with moderate to loud noise. * Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. Work Environment * Climate-controlled warehouse environment. * Exposure to warehouse equipment, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. * Work may involve moderate to loud noise levels. * Employees must follow all required safety procedures and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and comfortable performing repetitive warehouse tasks.
