Position Summary
The Treasury Analyst, Cash Management provides analytical and operational support to Treasury Operations. This role is responsible for managing daily cash administration activities, minimizing the organization's exposure to credit, interest rate, and foreign exchange risks, and supporting liquidity management through cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, treasury experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and banking partners.

Key Responsibilities
Execute daily treasury operations and cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Analyze revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and financial trends to forecast short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow needs.
Research banking products, investment opportunities, funding sources, and financial instruments to support strategic treasury decisions.
Record daily cash transactions and prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly cash position reports.
Perform complex bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with internal business partners and financial institutions.
Support treasury compliance initiatives, including audit preparation and regulatory documentation.
Administer the corporate merchant card program, ensuring policy compliance, reporting accuracy, and issue resolution.
Participate in treasury-related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and policy development.
Conduct bank fee analyses and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements.
Provide support across additional treasury functions and special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, or a related financial discipline.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Power BI and treasury management systems.
Knowledge of cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and treasury operations.
Preferred Qualifications
2-5 years of treasury or corporate finance experience.
Experience with merchant card programs and banking platforms.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer, phone, and related office equipment for extended periods.
Frequent reaching and use of hands and arms.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment
Hybrid work environment consisting of both corporate office and remote work settings.
Limited travel required (approximately 5%) to corporate facilities, operating sites, or conferences as needed.
Typical office environment with a moderate noise level.
