CorTech dba JobsRUs is currently hiring for a Facility Cleaner in Ogdensburg, NY. We are a service-oriented staffing and recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients to find the right talent. Position Details - Hours: Monday?Friday, 7:30 AM?4:00 PM (Overtime is required) Key Responsibilities - Daily general cleaning of assigned areas throughout the building. - Clean and disinfect restrooms, break areas, and kitchen, including appliances. - Keep floors swept, mopped, and vacuumed. - Regularly dust common area walls, partitions, woodwork, doors, wall hangings, and baseboards. - Replenish supplies in the restrooms, break areas, and kitchen. - Make coffee in the main break room each day. - Collect individual trash/recycling and place in proper disposal receptacles. - Setup and cleanup of items necessary for special on-site company events such as luncheons and client meetings. - Seasonal Duties: - Spring/Summer: Weeding around the building/grounds, watering exterior planters - Winter: Shovel to keep emergency exits clear of snow (as necessary) - Adhere to manufacturer?s instructions when mixing cleaning solutions. - Follow all required safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing cleaning, chemical-handling, and manufacturing-support duties. - Assist the PREP area part-time by completing assigned preparation and assembly tasks and recording work performed on assigned work orders.
