We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead / Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations. This position will primarily focus on picking, packing, organizing, receiving, and preparing materials for shipment to customers. All picking is completed manually using paper pick sheets; no RF scanners are used. The Warehouse Lead may also be assigned additional tasks based on operational needs. Key Responsibilities Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment. Pick products accurately using manual paper pick sheets. Pack and organize materials for shipment. Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials. Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently. Maintain an organized, clean, secure, and safe warehouse environment. Read and understand work orders and pick sheets. Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned. Learn product information and warehouse procedures quickly. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of recent warehouse experience. Previous forklift operating experience is required. Sit-down forklift experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and understand work orders and pick sheets. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability and willingness to work at heights of up to 25 feet. Background in warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating a stand-up forklift. Experience operating a man-up/order picker. Candidates without stand-up/man-up experience may be considered if willing to train. Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn product information.
