Job Description
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for assembling products and related components in a manufacturing environment while meeting established production standards and customer demand. This position follows standardized work instructions, maintains quality standards, and works collaboratively with team members to identify and resolve production issues.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, quality-focused, and adaptable to changing production needs. This role requires a strong commitment to following established procedures and contributing to a positive, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Assemble products, components, and related parts according to standardized work instructions and established procedures.
* Maintain the standard rate of work necessary to meet customer demand and production goals.
* Follow all quality requirements and ensure completed products meet specified quality criteria.
* Inspect work and identify potential quality or assembly issues.
* Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production problems.
* Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
* Maintain flexibility to support changing priorities and the needs of the team, department, and plant.
* Follow all corporate, plant, and department safety policies and procedures.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production, quality, safety, and operational concerns.
* Complete all assigned activities with a high regard for the safety of yourself and others.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
* Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred but may not be required.
* Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standardized procedures.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Ability to identify problems and work with others to develop solutions.
