Position Summary We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, order picking, receiving, stocking, and inventory management. This is a hands-on, physically active position. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, can accurately read and follow paperwork and shelving labels, and is comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Key Responsibilities Pull, pick, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery. Package and stage orders accurately and efficiently. Receive and verify incoming materials. Stage and stock inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations. Assist with inventory management and organization. Read and follow shipping paperwork, product information, and shelving labels. Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are stored properly. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and safe. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience. No more than 3 months of gaps in work history. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to read and understand paperwork and shelving labels. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment. Ability to learn product information quickly. Preferred Qualifications Experience with: Shipping and receiving Order picking Inventory management Delivery preparation Warehouse operations Product stocking Forklift operation Forklift experience is a plus but is not required. Work Environment This is a physical warehouse position requiring regular movement, lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the workday. Candidates should be comfortable handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs. | |
