Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Technical Manager to lead an engineering team through complex software integration projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical problem-solving with team leadership and can serve as a strong bridge between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders. The Technical Manager will guide and mentor the engineering team while remaining actively involved in technical discussions and solutions when needed. The role will oversee execution throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and help ensure projects are delivered smoothly in a collaborative Agile environment. Qualified candidates should have a strong technical background with hands-on knowledge of C#, Python, web architecture, and software development, along with practical experience using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO). Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as this position requires the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners. Experience in the utility industry is a plus. Familiarity with OneTrust is also preferred but not required.
