Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a variety of projects through data research, analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc assignments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and have strong investigative skills with the ability to identify data discrepancies, research root causes, and clearly communicate findings. The Data Analyst will conduct research, analyze and interpret data, maintain accurate records, and assist with reports, presentations, and other project documentation. A key part of the role will involve reviewing existing SQL code, troubleshooting data issues, investigating missing or inaccurate records, and reconciling data across multiple datasets and database tables. Candidates should have strong SQL skills, including SELECT statements, multi-table JOINs such as INNER and LEFT JOINs, and aggregations using functions such as COUNT, SUM, and GROUP BY. Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards is preferred, though candidates with strong Tableau experience may also be considered. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable independently investigating problems and explaining technical findings to others. Experience with business intelligence, KPIs, metrics, customer service, or Python for data analysis and automation is a plus.
