JobsRUs.com is hiring an Account Representative to support a busy towing, impound, and vehicle recovery operation. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable handling payments, and able to provide professional service in challenging situations. As an Account Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for citizens, tow-truck drivers, and staff while maintaining accurate vehicle records and assisting with the vehicle release process. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with questions regarding the status, location, fees, and retrieval of towed or impounded vehicles. Review, verify, and enter vehicle information, dispatch records, and vehicle log sheets into computer systems. Coordinate with tow-truck drivers and direct vehicles to appropriate drop-off and storage locations within the impound yard. Photograph incoming vehicles to accurately document their condition. Maintain organized electronic and physical vehicle records. Process cash, credit card, check, and voucher payments and verify fees before releasing vehicles. Provide clear, professional customer service in person and by phone. Maintain accuracy while handling multiple customers, transactions, and administrative tasks in a high-volume environment. Follow established policies and procedures related to vehicle documentation, payments, and releases. What We?re Looking For Candidates should have strong customer service, communication, data-entry, and organizational skills, along with the ability to remain professional and composed in a busy environment. Previous experience with cash handling, payment processing, administrative support, call centers, or customer-facing operations is highly valued. | |
