Job Summary: The Vaccine Production Technician will prepare vaccine components in an aseptic clean room environment using virus and cell culture techniques in accordance with USDA regulations. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, accurate documentation, and the ability to troubleshoot production issues. Key Responsibilities: Prepare vaccine components using virus and cell culture techniques in an aseptic cleanroom environment. Follow all SOPs and USDA requirements during production. Complete and review in-process documentation for accuracy and compliance. Maintain technical data and supporting documentation. Assist with training and coaching new and existing employees. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions. Escalate production issues and workflow disturbances. Follow EHS policies and safety initiatives. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Support site projects, including deviation and change-control management. Required Skills: Cleanroom and aseptic technique knowledge. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Basic math skills. Equipment/automation troubleshooting skills. Microsoft Office and database software experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Biology or related degree preferred. 1+ year of laboratory and/or manufacturing experience preferred. Schedule: Monday?Friday, 8:00 AM?4:30 PM Overtime: As needed Weekend/Holiday Work: Required as needed | |
