Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tool Room Attendant / Counter Associate to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This role is similar to a parts counter position (like NAPA), where team members assist internal customers by locating and preparing requested items. This role could lead to a temp to perm opportunity if candidate is the right fit. This is a hands-on warehouse role with no forklift operation required. Candidates with strong attendance, a solid work history, and a willingness to learn will be successful in this position. Key Responsibilities ? Pull and prepare Items requested for pickup ? Assist internal customers at the service counter ? Verify incoming inventory and stock items in proper locations ? Maintain an organized, clean, and safe storeroom environment ? Read and follow work orders accurately ? Required Qualifications ? Minimum 6 months of recent, stable work history (no gaps over 3 months) ? At least 6 months of customer service experience ? Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic ? Ability to learn product information quickly ? Must have a valid driver?s license and reliable personal vehicle | |
