Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Warehouse / Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity. The role involves pulling and staging orders, loading flatbed delivery trucks, receiving and stocking materials, and operating a sit-down forklift. This is an outdoor position, so candidates must be comfortable working in various weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Load flatbed delivery trucks for next-day deliveries Pull, prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials Read and understand sales orders Safely operate a sit-down forklift Assist with general material handling throughout the warehouse Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe work environment Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines Requirements 1?3 years of warehouse and sit-down forklift experience Previous sit-down forklift operation is required Ability to read and understand sales orders Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory is preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, twist, pull, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout an 8-hour shift Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team No more than a 3-month gap in employment history Ability and willingness to learn product information and warehouse processes | |
