We are partnering with a leading utility truck and van manufacturer in Brea to find skilled MIG Welders/Fabricators for their 1st shift team. What You?ll Do: As a MIG Welder/Fabricator, you?ll be the backbone of our production team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your role will include: - MIG Welding and fabrication of utility boxes and structural components. - Spot welding and finishing processes (grinding, sanding, cleaning). - Reading blueprints, weld symbols, and tape measures to ensure accuracy. - Operating welding machines (Miller, Lincoln, Hobart), angle grinders, and plasma cutters. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines. - Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient shop environment. What We?re Looking For: - Proven recent MIG welding experience - Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings. - Proficiency with welding tools and equipment. - Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced shop environment. - Attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and ability to work overtime/weekends as needed. - Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
