Specialty tub manufacturer in Industry is hiring for assembler & production associates to join their team. 1st shift: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday Must be open to work overtime & weekends as needed This position is responsible for installing massage jets, plumbing, pumps, air systems, drains, faucets, controls, and other components used in the production of premium walk-in tubs. Responsibilities Install hydro massage jets, air jets, tubing, pumps, blowers, drains, faucets, and related components. Drill and prepare acrylic tub shells for jets, controls, and accessories. Measure, cut, route, connect, and secure tubing and plumbing fittings. Apply sealants and adhesives to create watertight connections. Assemble walk-in tubs according to production specifications. Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely. Inspect plumbing connections, doors, seals, drains, jets, and components. Water-test completed tubs and identify leaks or assembly issues. Repair or correct assembly issues before the tub is approved for shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Qualifications: Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Plumbing, spa, bathtub, fiberglass/acrylic, or similar experience is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Ability to follow diagrams, instructions, and production specifications. Strong attention to detail. Dependable attendance and good work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team. | |
