Production Assembler I ? Job Summary This is a 1st shift Production Assembler I position performing routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts and components. The role involves following detailed work instructions, schematics, and assembly procedures while using hand tools, light machinery, and a binocular microscope to work with very small components. The ideal candidate will have 6 months?1 year of relevant assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or production experience and strong attention to detail. Candidates should have good mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, basic math skills, and the ability to identify problems and determine appropriate solutions. Key Responsibilities Assemble small mechanical and electromechanical components. Follow shop traveler route cards, work instructions, and simple schematics. Position very small parts using tweezers, fixtures, and a binocular microscope. Bend, align, adjust, and solder fine wires. Apply epoxy and seal components using heating elements or ovens. Perform in-process testing and quality checks. Use hand tools and light machinery. Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines. Maintain consistent and punctual attendance. Ideal Candidate 6 months?1 year of relevant production, assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or technical experience. Good mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination. Comfortable working with small or delicate components. Able to read and follow written instructions and basic schematics. Able to perform basic mathematics. Strong communication skills. Can recognize issues and take steps to address them. Willing and able to learn new processes and skills. Schedule & Pay Monday?Friday 5:00 AM?1:30 PM 1st Shift / 4×10 schedule $20/hour | |
